RESCUING A 200 YEAR OLD BARN AND GIVING IT NEW LIFE AS A PAR

This 200+ year old barn was scheduled to be demolished to make way for a new housing development.  We resued it and gave it a new life as a party barn!  Before deconstruction, the existing structure was measured and modeled.  We then developed a new layout by shifting some of the old barn sections to fit the layout of

Incorporating the old structure in a new and functional design takes planning and design.  We strive to preserve the history while meeting modern day codes and function.

Old meets New inside

A new life for the old structure.  The exterior siding was preserved on the inside, with the added comforts of radiant floor heating, full insulation, a full service bar, bathrooms, and unique lighting! Check out the process below.
